Bailey co-owns 24-7 Tech with his business partners: Sheng Chih "George" Liao, 33, of New City, who Bailey calls the "brains" of the company because of his in-depth knowledge and expertise in IT services, and Alex Goenaga, 31, of Manhattan, with years of experience in financial management and corporate structuring, is the chief financial officer of 24-7 Tech Solutions. Combined, the three entrepreneurs have over 37 years of experience in the business and the information technology sector.
